For establishing the sanctioned medical college, the district administration located an unutilized site in the District of Palakkad. This District has the largest population of the Scheduled communities and there is currently no Government medical college in this district. For expediting the process, the Special Officer had filed an application before the Medical Council of India.

Walk -in-lnterview Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the following Faculty and Residents positions in the lnstitute of Integrated Medical Sciences, Palakkad for immediate appointment on contract basis. The qualification and experience for the respective posts shall be as stipulated by Medical Council of India in the "Minimum Qualification for Teachers in Medical lnstitutions Regulations, 1998 (Amended up to 8th June, 2017). Interview will be conducted on 09/05/2018 and 15/05/2018 10 AM onwards.
